Gaille’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate, including representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. Gaille has worked in commercial real estate for over a decade. She served as trusted real estate counsel for a multi-billion-dollar retailer, and as in-house counsel for regional shopping center development companies on major acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. Prior to commercial leasing, Gaille spent several years advising owners and operators of wireless communications infrastructure on sophisticated license and leasing agreements. With years of experience as in-house counsel, Gaille is an excellent legal business partner. She assesses both the business and legal sides of her clients’ transactions, and instinctively understands the unique challenges they face. Gaille’s primary focus is on advising clients on commercial lease and contract negotiation.
Gaille received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Her education at St. Thomas University focused on International Business. Gaille is a member of the Florida Bar, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Caribbean Bar Association.
